Dear All,

As we are counting down to the election days, we want to request few members of our community to step up and come forward to help us as Volunteers.

Please let us know if you can help. You can help as much as couple of hours to as long as you are able to. We are looking for volunteers from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• With this e-mail we want to request the unanimously elected members to come (again) around 5:45 p.m. to formally receive their certificates. We are sure counting of votes will be done by that time.
• Difference of 2% votes will result in a recount.
• If both candidates receive equal number of votes, we will follow NAConn bylaws to elect the President.
• Last day to campaign is until midnight tomorrow. Candidates and their supporters are  requested NOT to get involved in any kind of election campaign aftermidnight tomorrow. All campaigns must be  STOPPED after that time. Please be repectful to the guideline as it will help all of us.
