From the Office of the Election Committee: Voting List, Code of Conduct and Nomination Form

Dear All,
We would like to thank you all for coming together with the election process by taking a new membership or by renewing your membership. Without your help and support this election would not have started this well.
We also would like to say a big thank you to the current executive committee for all their hard work and providing a great leadership.
It’s a matter of great pride for our organization that our members are filing candidacy to be in the upcoming executive committee. For a non-profit organization like ours, member’s willingness to join the executive committee can go a long way for the great vision of unselfishness service to the Nepali community, State of Connecticut and beyond. Thank you for coming forward.
Please find the voters list, code of conduct and the nomination form for the candidates. Please contact the current secretary Tejesh Malla if your name is missing and/or have the incorrect address in the voting list. We have made the code of conduct in Nepali for convenience.
A copy of each will be posted at the Election Office at 106 St. Charles Street, West Hartford, Connecticut. The office is at the back of the house and we have permission from Santoshji to access the office during daytime. Candidates can also pick up the hard copy of nomination form if they want from the office during the daytime. The copies will be put in the brown envelope.
Hard copies of nominations can also be picked up during the office hours as listed in the nomination form. An Election Committee member will be present during the office hours.
All these information will be available in our website and nomination form can be downloaded for printing purpose.
Completed nomination forms must be submitted in person during the office hours and by the deadline. If due to extenuating circumstances, you cannot drop the nomination form during the office hours, an arrangement should be made to drop off the nomination form by contacting one of the election committe members. Failure to submit the completed nomination form by the deadline will automatically invalid your candidacy. There is NO consideration at all.
