NAConn Election Notice

Dear NAConn members,

Election Committee held its second meeting on Sunday, April 28th and reached the decision about the election schedules.
Important details as necessary pertaining to each date will be available at a later date. Please follow these schedules very carefully.

  1. May 3rd: Membership list will be received by our office
  2. May 5th:- Membership list will be published by e-mail and also be put in our website for public information. This same day application will be                                                          available to file the candidacy for all the posts of Executive Committee. Application will be made available in our website and hard copies will be available upon request. Last day to file the candidacy is May 11th.
  3. May 6th-7th: Members can file claims/complains if their names are missing or if any non-members are included in the voting list.  Please send us an e-mail with very specific information and attach any supporting documents
  4. May 10th: Decision will be delivered on claims/complains through e-mail
  5. May 11th: Final voting list of members will be published through e-mail and also be put in our website
  6. May 12th – 14th: Complains on candidates can be filed in these dates. Candidates can withdraw from candidacy within these dates as well. Please send us an e-mail with specific information
  7. May 16th: Final list of candidates will be published through e-mail and be put in our website
  8. May 17th -24th: Candidates can campaign for their elections within the guidelines of Code of Conduct. Code of Conduct will follow at a later date.
  9. May 25th: Campaign closed
  10. May 26th: Election day!
